Sound Meditation

In a typical session, you may hear crystal singing bowls, vocal toning, chimes, flute, and various types of drums and percussion including a gong and Handpan.

Lisa structures her sound healing sessions thoughtfully, with her guests’ intentions in mind.

It is common that stuck energy is released and new insights realized after a session for guests so it is important to take it easy for 24 hours following a sound healing session. Mineral water, salt baths, and plenty of rest are recommended. Meditation and/or journaling can help guests to process what they received from their session.

Lisa lead my sister and I on our first sound healing session. I did not really know what to expect, but I am so glad I decided to try something new. Lisa played beautiful instruments and used her soothing vocals. I’ve never felt so relaxed both mentally and physically. Normally I am not able to lay flat on my back due to pain but my body was so relaxed I was able to & enjoy this immensely.”
