Gravity Yoga™ is great for any and all levels of yoga and/or fitness experience. This practice focuses on areas of the body that become tight and locked up due to daily lifestyle habits (like office work), vigorous workouts, or general lack of movement.
This type of training is encouraged to be practiced consistently, with at least one 60 minute class a week and an assigned 15 minutes, at-home, daily with Lisa’s attentive support and guided instruction. Through consistency with this targeted flexibility training, Lisa guarantees that her students will notice diminished muscle tightness and soreness within a matter of days and flexibility gains within a matter of weeks.
Because consistency is highly encouraged, Lisa offers affordable individualized instruction packages for her students as well as on-demand virtual support for any questions that may arise and for assistance with 15 minute at-home homework.
