Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle flow yoga is appropriate for beginner yoga students who desire to get into a routine and personal yoga practice. Lisa focuses on safely getting into and out of poses as well as generalized knowledge of yoga movement to empower students to have a consistent practice, no matter where they choose to practice. 

This class is perfect for new beginners who have felt intimidated by group classes and for those that have tried yoga but would like to refine their practice.

Easy and so much fun!

Lisa booked me on a Thursday and that following Saturday we had our first virtual class.

Gravity Yoga™ (Targeted Flexibility Training)

Gravity Yoga™ is great for any and all levels of yoga and/or fitness experience. This practice focuses on areas of the body that become tight and locked up due to daily lifestyle habits (like office work), vigorous workouts, or general lack of movement.

This type of training is encouraged to be practiced consistently, with at least one 60 minute class a week and an assigned 15 minutes, at-home, daily with Lisa’s attentive support and guided instruction. Through consistency with this targeted flexibility training, Lisa guarantees that her students will notice diminished muscle tightness and soreness within a matter of days and flexibility gains within a matter of weeks. 

Because consistency is highly encouraged, Lisa offers affordable individualized instruction packages for her students as well as on-demand virtual support for any questions that may arise and for assistance with 15 minute at-home homework.
